/animate turns an image (or a text description) into a short animation with sound. From /begin → Video Studio you can pick Text → Video or Image → Video, and toggle Private Mode if you don't want your generation shown publicly.

Send the command followed by your prompt, or reply to an image to animate it. Generation takes a few minutes — the bot posts the result in the chat when it's ready.
Options (anywhere in the prompt):
8s— pick the length, from 4 to 15 seconds (the price follows the length).portrait,squareorcinema— aspect ratio for text-to-video. When you reply to an image, the video keeps the image's own format.
Words inside quotes are always kept as dialogue, so /video the goat says "go long" keeps the line intact instead of reading long as an option.
Any meme command can answer a clip
Reply to a video, GIF, video note or animated sticker with a meme command — /heidrun, /meme, any preset, and also /cartoonize, /transform or /circle — and the bot offers to make a video out of it, the character copying that motion. Send the same command without replying to the clip for the usual image.
A meme costs 1 credit and that video costs a lot more, so the bot asks first. The button carries the length and the price, because a video driven by a clip lasts as long as the clip:

Under 2 seconds, a clip is too short for the model: the bot says so and makes the image instead.
The character is your preset's own picture. Commands that have none — /cartoonize, /transform, /circle — first draw the image they normally would, from the clip's opening frame, and that becomes the character.
If your group has recorded a voice (the Add Voice button), a line in quotes is spoken in that voice:

The group's voice only applies to videos driven by a clip or by a voice note. A /video that starts from a picture keeps a voice chosen by the model.
Copy a motion, or a voice
Reply to a video, GIF, video note or animated sticker with /video and the character copies that motion.
Reply to a voice note and the character speaks with that voice — add a character in the same message, either a preset or an @user:
/video /coynzy says "we are so back" (replying to a voice note)
The reference clip is cut to its first 15 seconds, and it has to last at least 2. Same price as a normal /video, and the result runs as long as the clip.
Upgrade a video to 2K
A finished /video or /video_long carries an ⬆️ HD 2K button that re-renders it in 2K: 6 credits for a 6 s video, 10 credits for 10 s — cheaper than /video_pro, since the video already exists. Only the group admins can use the button, and it stays available for a day. /video_pro is already 2K, and /animate videos cannot be upgraded.

A sticker works as a source too — reply to any sticker — static, video or animated — and it gets animated like any image.
Tip
A watermark is applied to generated media by default. Groups can remove it or use a custom one — see Admin Setup.
